It baffles me that Vascepa has been out for 7 years but Pharmacist and still many doctors (including Cardiologist, lipidologist) will still advise their patient's to choose an otc fish oil.

The strategy to educate the pharmacist is not working- Amarin needs something bigger, like a nationwide retraining of pharmacist for this class of meds
