Of course I agree on the "proven safe drug aspect" but the vaccines are free to the public are they not? And the warp speed money has already been spent.

True, but there is an interesting angle here. Because (for whatever reason) the administration only purchased 100m doses, PFE contracted the rest of their immediate supply with other countries. As a result, vaccination for the masses in the US has been pushed back to summer or later.

This opens the door for alternative drugs that mitigate and/or treat COVID-19 symptoms. At the least (IMO), it heightens their awareness of Vascepa's results if positive. Who knows.. could even lead to a govt. contract or strong recommendation of sorts.
