FIRST things FIRST , even though not stated anywhere in my reading into what is going on between TSNP and FORW I know George Sharpe via FORW is committing some $$$ to TSNP (soon to be HMBL). TSNP needs/wants $50M to get up and running. Sounds like (so I am ASSUMING) that FORW will be suppling 12.5% of that $50M or $6.25M. To my knowledge FORW does not at this time have $6.25M to give to TSNP in exchange for those mentioned 500M warrants. So am wondering what the plan is to get it.
