You need to look at nvcr financials . They would have to issue more stock to do a 1 share nvcr for 10 nwbo if nvcr was $250 and more if their share price was lower like it is now. They couldn’t do a 1 nvcr for 6 nwbo right now. That is assuming a stock deal would ever be acceptable for NWBO mgt from any suitor instead of an all cash deal. Where would nvcr get $22B or $25B cash ?
