Today, Tesoro (TSNP) Stock completed its SPAC merger with HUMBL and they are virtually debt free company. These SPAC merges are known to fail and Brian succeeded in completing this one in record time. HUMBL is a startup company that could rival PayPal and Venmo someday.
If you play SPACS then you know of shares that are $15-$30 for companies that won't have a product for 1 to 3 years. well, TSNP/HMBL has greater potential than any of those. easy, life-changing money any way you look at it. TSNP have a product in place which is undergoing beta testing. Isn’t that great. The demo video of the software/app looks very simple. They have managed to take a complex series of transactions and services, and combine them in a simple and seamless service.
There are companies in the market which have no products and still valued at millions of dollars. Investors value start ups on their potential growth and not revenue. TSNP can become blue chip company in next 10+years imo. They are on OTC markets does not mean they are scam. NVDIA was once listed on OTC markets too, now check their share price and which market they trade…lol
TSNP have working product humblpay.com, check the video on their website showing their products and services. Their goal is to create Web 3.0 which is to read, write and transact. They vision that in next 10 years or so, the world will move towards becoming a digital economy and that’s where mobile wallet term will become more popular in near future. They have already identified and working towards the govt. and bank contracts, JVs. Their products are designed for 3 segments - consumers, merchants and financial markets.
There will be mergers and acquisitions coming along the way to grow their business. This very strong and bullish statement from Brian. This clearly shows they are here to grow faster and the upside to this stock is tremendous.
I like their stablecoin concept and HUMBL marketplace. Stablecoin could add significant value and consumer adoption of HUMBL, which will fuel their user base. People in other countries will be able to keep their money in this USD stablecoin which will save them the currency fluctuations in their own country. These same users will be more likely to utilize HUMBL marketplace as well.
At its current market cap (MC), this company maybe way overvalued or way undervalued……you cannot put a price tag here for this disruptive blockchain technology company. Those who claim this is over valued because they have no revenues, I have message for them. Only revenue alone does not put a price tag on MC. I will say again - Investors value start ups on their potential/explosive growth and not revenue. Go figure out. OTC mentality will never agree since its all about instant gratification.
We are going to pay higher price for this stock as days pass by for what HUMBL is going to become in future. This is the reason we are seeing huge volume days for last couple of weeks even over dime, this is not IHUB money, even a newbs know that....lol. These are deep pockets and smart investors who are investing into the future of HUMBL and not for instant gratification….lol
This is a buy, set and forget investment imo. For all of you, its your money and your call, so you decide…..PERIOD.
