They had timelines (2) of raising funds, first was for 1 1/2 mill to start the manufacturing going once they reached tape out. They made a 30 million share offer to fund that, and then this just went to shit. I wonder if this latest offer of funding can get the ball rolling to get the price of the stock above the .02 level. That seems to be where big blocks happen.
The second timeline was to raise 4.5mil. If they get the stock moving I am willing to live with 250 mil shares outstanding with an extra 70-80 mil shares dilution for full ramp up. Hope we hear something soon. GL
