Copleybmt, I don't know enough about USSE to have a good opinion. What the PR is saying is that they are thinking about merging the two companies and current shareholders of USSE will essentially get 1.3 shares of the merged company for each 1 share of USSE they now own. USSE shares will go away. If that does happen, obviously the ONYI shares will be only worth about 1/1.3 of the merged company--which should be around $0.30.

Right now the ONYI stock is trading at $0.63 which means those people don't believe it's going to go through or they don't understand or care. If it does go through, ONYI shares will drop significantly.
