EMIS: effective immediately, "Emisphere Technologies, Inc. (EMIS) completed the previously announced merger with and into Emily Merger Subsidiary Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Novo Nordisk A/S, with EMIS continuing as a wholly owned subsidiary of Novo Nordisk. At the effective time of the Merger, each share of EMIS common stock issued and outstanding as of immediately prior to the effective time of the Merger was converted into the right to receive approximately $7.83."
