Going back to an email that was received by someone on the board a year ago,

Paraphrasing cause I do not have the exact quote in front of me, CBBT was waiting for the auditors to sign off on something

I think that something has not been revealed for a very good reason, and they are waiting for just the right moment.

IMO once we see the 10K acquisition completion is just days away. I could be way off on that, but its my opinion.
