No that ones a lil tougher to find because I no longer have a Pacer account. The last update I know of was that the case was pushed to November. It’s been moved several times in the past so I’m not sure what the current status is. I believe they are still trying to local AP, but if not there could be a default judgment against him. I do however believe the shares will be returned/canceled at some point. Hopefully Morgan will give an update pertaining to that soon enough.
