I’m sorry but a 8k is not needed for every QuikLab... example, we have 3 QuikLabs in Miami and not a single 8k noting the sell of any of those QuikLabs to the investors who procured them. Fact... Tesla does not have to do a 8k for every car they sell either... As such, TPTW does not have to issue a 8k for every item that Thomas Scientific sells as a reseller.

Thomas Scientific is a Billion Dollar Company to think they left TPTW products on their website front page for 1.5 months and didn’t sell anything significant is just naive
