These dopes issuing their “newsletters” or whatever, might as well have just handed the evidence right over to the Feds. They already gave them all the proof they needed and when the statements don’t match the facts, they clearly violated FTC statutes.

The criminal prosecutions will happen next after the civil action and the facts come out and these 3 dopes start cooperating with the Feds against each other.
