I bought in at the IPO. I held the fabric in my hands and was told it would revolutionize the outdoor industry like Goretex. The presenter also told me Innovative Designs was the inventor.

The stock price dropped from the ipo, the outdoor industry was never revolutionized by it, and turns out Innovative Designs only had rights to product not an inventor.

At this point I'd be tickled to get above the ipo price, and truly hope I kick myself for not buying tons of stock while under a dollar. I am hopefully optimistic as the CEO has dumped personal money to keep company going and the patience will pay off. Litigation has been a drag on the company clearly.

That being said, I did buy a jacket. I figured I might as well given the length of time I have owned stock. The jacket is warm, windproof and light. While the outdoor market is cut throat, it would seem like some manufacturer would take advantage of the fabric. But, that avenue doesn't seem to be utilized.

I just someday I hope to find my patience has been rewarded, but increasingly think that is a pipe dream.
