That's just the way I interpret what I see, but I'm not a custodianship or reinstatement player, or expert, by any means, I just loosely follow them out of curiosity.

Just looks to me like a custodian, Brandon Dean, thought it was abandoned and attempted to hijack the ticker in July, so Merryman may have reinstated it, to alleviate any doubt he's still involved.....but like I said, I don't invest, or even really follow these types of plays much at all.
