May I ask, BB, why you think SWRL was reinstated by Merryman? Are you making that interpretation based on the last two filings alone:

A non-commercial registered agent-statement.

And then a "certificate of reinstatement"

both filed on the same day of 8-19-20? I'm not calling into question how you are reading that. I simply don't know how to read it. I don't speak that language. I'm just trying to make sense of things.

Are you saying that nobody could file the certificate of reinstatement but Merryman himself? A counter-move to the registered agent-statement?

That's the only two data points I ever had.
