Not familiar with that one, and not totally sure what's going on there. Looks like a custodian may have been trying to take it over the shell, probably thought it was abandoned, and then custodianship was contested, and company reinstated by the old CEO, Bryan Merryman.

So perhaps the speculators are buying, thinking there is going to be something happening there, as Bryan Merryman who is also the CEO at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Inc. (NASDAQ:RMCF), does not appear to want to lose SWRL.
