ask yourself why humblpay would go public through a r/m on the otc with a company that is not even current? i mean, why not an otcqb or otcqx? huh? because they are a cashless operation that has not been able to raise vc to take them public legitimately on a big board. and yet fools chase it to give it a $1.3 bil valuation and they have not even closed the deal yet or revealed the terms or shown their financials? roflmao roflmao. all the folks who think they were so smart because they bought at .10 and .20 and .30 for 1 or 2 bags are cracking me up. you can get 5x and 10x your money on plays with a helluva lot less risk at this point. but no, tsnp i guess seems sexy. and folks are not using basic math skills to determine the risk here. you got 2.5+ billion shares that are held by people who own below .01. and the rest in between. and the shares that it will cost the new entity to do the r/m are not even in this equation yet. so many of you don't even understand this piece of the situation, but you will. and when you do, you will be crying, because tsnp will be trading at a 95% discount to the current price when all is said and done. of course, that is if it is still trading in the near future. so chasers, buy tsnp at a 100000% premium for .30 trying to get to .50. lol that makes a ton of sense. lol
