Yazbeck can defer all questions on anything SCAMydx related after Nov'18, since he has not been CEO/CFO since then.

That was the reason he gave up CEO/CFO roles at SCAMydx, to avoid having to incriminate himself on the stand during Peatross trial.

Now Yazbeck can say that he was not informed of spending, because he was only on the board and did not have direct visibility to operational level activities.
