And so the Plot of $NDTP she thickens. MM just a reported an out of sequence ("SEQ" meaning it was reported late) 230 share buy at $4/share

That "SEQ" out of SEQuence 230 share buy would have cleaned out the $4.00, 100 share ask, but it must have traded earlier today, and the MM reported it late, likely on purpose.

Also note the SEQ-trade did not change the reported last trade Price on L-1 , MM's are trying to break us. I will be reporting this to the SEC. MM's should not be allowed to do this shit. Also will be reporting this to US senators and Congress critters.....
