Just throwing this out there...but what if our lawyers decided it was no longer in their financial interest and ask to be removed from the case? New information comes available all the time about risk/reward.

Im just bring up contingencies that could handicap our case that you or anyone would be privy to until it happened and was announced; nothing is certain and there are especially little events like I mention above that hold enormous outsized risk in patent / court play stocks.

With today’s posting being another...I actually believe MSFT has a very valid point and case and this was always in the back of my mind that someone not time barred would contest the patents used against them with the PTAB.
