Win/Lose

Lose: In order to lose, federal judge Judge Haracz has to rule against he own decision after ruling for us since the beginning; she has to rule against the PATB and CAFC who passed unanimously 56 patents. Also, for good measure, she didn't even listen to our arguement at the last hearing after we asked to explain (she basically knew our position and said we didn't need to defend ourselves)

We are still valued at leat at $.25 if we lose everything with the 101 because we own a ton of shares of MRMD which went from approximately .12 to .45 in the last month. Someone else on this board has to talk about the amount of shares we have and the exact impact.

ATVI is a multi-billion dollar company and can take any avenue possible legal-wise to stall (which is exactly what they are doing with the 101). With ATVI, money spent on legal fees is a drop in the bucket. They know every loop-hole possible which is why this is taking so long. Their strategy is to drag this out as long as possible in order to bankrupt WDDD.

However, they cannot bankrupt us because our lawfirm, Susman and Godfrey, is working on contingency and we also can sell our MRMD shares to help cover with any other expenses. Yes, Susman and Godfrey is going to take a HUGE 45% with ATVI, but will NOT work on contingency when all the other companies who use our technology settle (which there are a LOT). We will get our money in either a settlement or a court decision. If it does go to court, we will get triple damages. If it does settle or we win in court (hard to imagine us losing since we have 56 patents that will be in play), other companies will settle too.

Obviously, the biggest challenge of this stock is the timeline. ATVI kept on throwing court-challenge after challenge, and then even made another smoke-screen by getting another company involved (Bungie). All these challenges took 6 months to a year apiece. Not to mention we were delayed because of another court case against imfamous gang member Whitey Bulger. All their tricks and loopholes are done. We are going back to court in mid-January to set the court-dates for when the 101 passes.

Can you see why this is so messed up because of the mix-up with the other worlds that people just got in here by accident?
