A few take aways from the filing.
1. There are only 27 stockholders (I am for sure one of them. That means 26 others on this board may be as well)
2. One of us (27) holds a substantial position as noted in the filing
3. Under note 9 the lisc. Agreement for U.S. patent 10,610,592 and it’s pending approval from the FDA to begin marketing is the key part to the entire filing.
4. I read through the patent. It’s a strong one and just was approved so there is a long window ahead if FDA approval happens
5. There also seems to be a cross over treatment for rheumatoid arthritis as well.
6. All other noise on this board is meaningless either side, pro or against SOAN, as it all comes down to the U.S. patent 10,610,592 and the FDA approval. Get the approval and this is no longer a speculative penny stock, but rather a legitimate and strong company. No approval and it’s all over and not much except a tax write off.
