A reverse split to make the share structure more appealing for investors will probably happen in time. Not all reverse splits are a death sentence for any stock with a solid business plan and revenues and as it sits right now, we all await more information about the reverse merger company HUMBL, and the business plan it will lay out. I started purchasing GMGI* 8 months ago when they had 2.85 billion shares outstanding and were trading under a penny forever but they had a great business in the online gambling tech sector. They announced an RS with thoughts of uplisting to Nasdaq and many thought it was the end because how many times have we heard that story from on a CEO only to be a way to bump the share price higher to dilute but I was buying all I could. As we reached the RS date the price rose to over .02 cents and closed just under that. After the huge RS of like 1600-1, the price started at $2.85 and within the last 2 months has gradually gained a strong shareholder base and the price continued to grow with the strong, longer term holders as we await the uplisting announcement. The price has never wavered from its uphill trend and closed Friday at $7.15. The price is expected to double to about $15 once that happens. This example just shows that not all reverse splits are created equal. When you have a huge company that is going public that has 4 offices on 4 continents and is just making that RS happen, one just has to watch the huge money that has flowed into this ticker daily for many weeks. Not a million or two dollar trading days but we regularly do 10-20 million and some days were as high as 55-60 million dollar days. There is something huge coming our way and those that think this price will not continue to rise and probably see at least 1-2 more parabolic moves north are sorely mistaken. As more news becomes known with the upcoming shareholder conference call, I'm expecting more huge money coming our way. This is one for the ages and anyone leaving before all is revealed will be leaving a potential life changing amount of money on the table.
