No, the OTC has absolutely ZERO to do with ENZC's filings. The membership they applied for just gives them the access/platform to upload their filings, and since they applied for OTCQB, they have 24 hr access everyday. That's why you saw that filing come in at almost 11 pm. So the hold up was definitely not the OTC, but more so probably with the merger getting finalized, and of course with the pandemic, their accountants/auditors were probably behind. Not worried whatsoever as 2020 filings are coming, not a matter of if but when.
