I could see how the framers would steer equity to one camp or the other( to exchange q’s for p’s ) It was the best move to accumulate shares in new company 2012- I mean for every P you got 20 shares of wmih from restructuring component. So if you switched all your shares at the beginning (and didn’t sell ) you’re sitting pretty with a shit ton of COOP shares right now(regardless of reverse split) - commons got reamed in the exchange- so maybe this is all accounted for - also ps are convertible
