My take. The1st big mistake using Nomura to underwrite the initial merger. Look a ALVR our sister company and they raised hundreds of millions but they went the traditional American way and Fidelity as their underwriter. Maybe going the traditional way would have stopped fidelity from loaning out our shares to shorts. The other mistake was amount of the shelf it should have been for like $50 million and not pre announced before the pancreatic cancer data in July. Not knowing the re agent ingredients is inexcusable in my mind. This has cost us a year. Very frustrated with the operational performance but I still own most of my shares. Ugh I really don’t have faith in Peter or Kim but still believe in the science.
