~ Well, ?, Yes That Is My Opinion' As I've Stated', at a minimum, I believe the WMI Cap Trust will begin to distribute to the original Plan 7' releasing common share holders, its accumulated interest earnings, by way of their DTC issued ESC Cusips', and those continued accumulated earnings will be caught up and cleaned up by years end, and will then become normalized going into year 2021' ~

and yes, I believe that WMI Cap Trusts' Trustee process will begin' prior to years end' ...
