Its pretty obviuos that based upon the liabilities owed by TPTW that they are short about 1.2 BILLION authorized shares in their kitty.
TPTW are going to have to increase the authorized share count to cover those debts or do a rverse split.
This will will happen before any contracts see the light of day as TPTW are in court now about that very problem of share coverage of debt.
