Henry is not doing a buyback now because he does not have the money to do a buyback. So far there is no evidence that there is any revenue coming into the company other than people who loan the company money and get a note in return that is exercisable at a big discount to the stock price. This practice can continue on and on as long as people are willing to buy stock even if it is as low as 0001. Who knows what side deals Henry is making with some of the noteholders so that he can continue to pay for his own expenses and earn a living. As current stockholders, our only hope is that this is not a giant scam. So far there is no indication that it is not. It's not worth trying to get any money by selling stock now at .0001 so we all might as well wait and see. We don't really have much choice.
