It should be noted that OTCmarkets.com is NOT a regulatory agency. They are a for profit corporation that trades under symbol OTCM.

Perhaps insiders at OTCM recognize, or researched some of the officer names and are having "technical difficulties" with the upload until they have had opportunity to notifiy their buddies. After all much of today's volume has been buying thus far.
