In layman terms, no, I do not see any logical reason not to seal the deal immediately, That being said, I am not a corporate lawyer nor am I a corporate tax attorney, Yes, it is easier to not have the "public eye" and shareholders to answer to when growing something like this and I am unsure of any corporate tax liabilities or benefits, but I say this again, Public Corporation law is not my thing. They have their reasons and I am ABSOLUTELY sure they are aware of what we think and how we desire this to progress, I'm also sure they want to let the preverbial cat out of the damn bag, but it is their business not ours, yet, They will let us know, when they let us know. Their timeline, not ours, unfortunately.
