Most everyone that has been here for awhile already own their shares, this is the OTC and if someone or a group want to move a stock in either direction it can be done easily with low volume.
Manipulation is a constant down here, I buy dips, I don't think the PPS should be that low but it is what it is...
Not having the 10-Q out can put this in negative numbers, (negative market sentiment has been the norm here for quite some time)
I'll be grabbing more if that happens.
I'm just happy that I can buy if does retrace, this is not what the PPS should be.
