Up +33%, close at .0125. New Directors listed may have a checkered past but they move stocks and the market likes the news. The activity suggests a whole new operation and a whole new story is about to drop here.

The 59M float could send this soaring. A move to .20 or higher is not out of the question with this share structure. Today's high-volume breakout retested 52wk highs. Blue sky breakout seems inevitable at this point. Lots of potential here.
