I don't think he will either, but keep in mind he always says things like: "We don't intend to RS" or "we don't plan to RS", which I believe covers him in the event he decides to RS tomorrow.

Intentions and plans change, right?

Unless someone has it in writing, during the past 90 days, where he said: "There will be no RS", or words to that effect, I think he could do whatever he wants to without repercussion.

Every day is Russian Roulette now. Every day from now, until and if he ever files, we might wake up to see the ticker is gone.

It appears there is only 1 open slot in the chamber, and our luck may be running out.
