What any of us "believe" doesn't matter.

Two points.... right now we don't know what they produce and there's no way to independently confirm.

Gross sales, million a month or whatever, don't matter. What matters is net income. What do they earn after they pay their bills for operations? Hopefully there will be sufficient accounting to separate operations from capital improvements.
