$CBBT has legs and I love the PKG acquisition but, for the life of me, I cannot envision any scenario where the filings were not done because of GOOD news. Not saying it was bad news. I'm shooting for standard news not reported due to a technical accounting issue. These are legal documents and filing the wrong numbers can be worse than not filing.

IMO the majority on here will say OMG that's why they did not file,

all the while, watching the pps go north

that's my analysis and the analysis of a few on here shared privately
