Law suit news provided almost 8% gain (4.60 to 4.96) for SP. But the up momentum stopped yesterday. I hope JT vcc talk today will provide better and sustainable upside momentum until 12/12. If not, I think there's a good chance that SP may gives back all 8% gain and ... more until 12/12.
