Mr. Kovacocy is focused on Gen2 Technology when I spoke to him recently. Bottom line, he wants the company to profit from Gen2 Deals.

He describes the older Ref Cam lawsuit as "icing on the cake" if and when that proves victorious. To summarize, Ref Cam is old. Gen2 is new.
