ahhh, ok that makes more sense.

Of course, its about timing and seeing this trade live.

Im not saying company is diluting per say, but there is no doubt in my mind someone, a large block holder a note holder that converted, etc was unloading with vert/cdel.

I buy notes (well used to), when selling the note, my market makers were always either CDEL/VERT and each time, they would show 5k on the block while working my order up and down. CDEL and VERT with hit with hundreds of thousands of shares at ask, didnt budge and block stayed 5k. Thats my sign.

im no whale, so it doesn't have to be anyone with millions of dollars worth of stock but someone who is using a more "personalized" firm to sell out of.
