You’re posting everything and the kitchen sink, none of which is in dispute, to obscure the fact that the specific disclosure rules are not about general potential materiality, but about specific things they must disclose and optional items they might choose to disclose.

Additionally, to then argue that only negative data is material, by your standard is just kind of off.

I get that you don’t want to be wrong. But you’re not a US lawyer, as I recall. It’s no big deal. But spreading false comfort that no info means no bad news is off. Lawyers should do no harm too.

And, If you go through that article carefully it doesn’t say what you think it says.
