This particular Canadian court case is against iSee Automation / Vicareo Systems. I would like to be able to read the Canadian court filings to see all parties mentioned in this current court case, but I have been unable to get my hands on it. Yeah I know IMT Vislink has powered Ref Cam from the beginning. It’s in my sticky post.

With that said, you will never be able to disprove iSee Automation registered the “REFCAM” USA trademark. It’s a fact they did and it was granted and the mark is live. And then it exchanged hands to Vicareo Systems. And then it exchanged hands to “Web Objective Capital” - whomever that is.

Again, this is why there is a court case.
