I just came up this morning with the analogy, a football game:

Prior 3/30, amrn was in front of geneics goal line, offense, sp was $14

3/30, amrn fumbled, genric pushed back all the way in front of amrn goal line, sp was $4

Prior to appeal, amrn pushed geneics back to midfield, by defense, sp was $8

Sep, lost appeal, geneics advanced offense to amrn goal line again, sp has been $4 or 5. Amrn was doing whatever they could, defense en banc play, failed, barely holding their defense...

As of today, hikma launched and amrn filed infringement, a short timeout for both sides to set up the play, but hikma is still right in front amrn goal line, offense.
