Well the other post wasn't talking about you - it was addressing friends and family of insiders trading with insider knowledge.

But why would you buy a ton?

The company has no product.

They haven't filed financials for 4 years.

They have millions that they owe in penalties, debt, etc.

The CEO doesn't return calls or e-mails.

So why would you buy a ton?
