Being late isn’t great but many companies have legitimate reasons for a late filing.

Changing auditors is one.

I believe if the notice of late filing isn’t made today, they’re in violation of the filing statutes.

That’s not good. I’ll bet the SEC is watching closely.

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
