$PRPM for the Noobs. The Stop sign is not as big a deal as they are an Alternative reporting Standard on the OTC Markets Company profile page. They also have a Form 15-12G filed. Now the Stop Sign does prevent some traders from buying the stock as their platform or Broker may not allow stop sign stocks to be purchased. Just FYI.
