Important question for us "Noobs" in the OTC world ---- How important/relevant is the "Stop Sign" symbol on a stock on OTC Markets if it is a Shell/Reverse Merger company? Is it still something that we need to be concerned with? Or is it simply a lack of reporting because there is nothing to report, or should these public companies be timely filing required documents regardless and are not? --- Just trying to do as much DD as possible.
