You are correct Gus. Anders is incorrect. It is best practice but commonly not possible to follow nor necessarily the best approach. Just generally thought to be “best practice” in terms of transparency.

Anders thinks things are black and white apparently, and leaves no room for the grays that basically dominate this entire field. The reality is that what might be labeled “bad”, on careful consideration might reveal an approvable blockbuster product in some cases. The reality is, data is data, not “bad or good”, and the management has discretion.
