Here is what you all need to realize about the lawsuit:
Globetel has only to prove that they believed the Internafta deal was legitimate, and that they did not purposely mislead investors.
I honestly do not expect them to have trouble doing this!


The attorneys for the plaintiffs have to prove otherwise. I do not consider this possibility likely at all.

The Internafta project may have been a scam by the Russians. However, it was not a scam on the part of Globetel. Their name will be cleared! eom
