my observations upon reading the documents,
they do not exhibit a directive or proclivity to be fair, right & legal
thus.. .I have an idea where things may be headed
re: billy is interested in money

but I'm dubious that most of us would thwart fellow shareholders amongst us from getting their equal share.. .
