Guess The Dodger and RC Do Read This Forum - SHAKY Start???

These 3 Things SHOULD ALREADY HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND STANDS APART FROM ALLEGED CHANGE OF OFFICERS. The DODGER CLEARLY DROPPED THE BALL ON THESE 3 THINGS. Didn't even hold self accountable, blamed OTC Market. Too FUNN-EE.

FY20Q1 Should have been filed already by Dodger.
Notice of Late filing for FY20Q1 should have already been filed already by Dodger.
Attorney Letter for FY20 should have been filed by Dodger

The Ineptitude is beyond astonishing, and should not surprise minority SH. Just look at the known history of ineptitude and failures and missed deadlines. So many...


FUNN does so many things backwards.

REQUIRED Change of Corporate info should have been Completed FIRST via OTCIQ

RC; if he is actually CEO of Amfil Technologies; should have penned the FIRST PR and released AFTER Corporate info changed via OTCIQ.

Website should be changed AT THE SAME TIME as the release of the PR announcing to public and minority SH.

FU19 and FU20 Audits needs to be his #1 priority

Selling Franchises should be his #2 priority

Sign 10 new leases and hire 10 new contractors should be his #3 priority

Delay Tucson to FY21Q3 or FY21Q4

Abandon Guelph

Perhaps FUNN leadership should have made the changes in OTCIQ BEFORE releasing any kind of a PR.

An organizational and strategic mistake right off the bat.

If I were the new CEO of Amfil Technologies; the PARENT company, the changes in OTCIQ would have been completed FIRST.

Secondly, I would have actually penned the PR myself - and signed off on the PR as CEO of Amfil Technologies, provided my work phone number, and my work email address - since RC was tasked by Roger;CEO of Amfil Technologies; with communicating with shareholders...lol.

I would also have change the Leadership Page on Amfil Technologies own Website to reflect changes in Leadership.

Finally, release a PR that I penned and signed off on.

Per PR, RC was tasked by Roger the CEO of Amfil Technologies. If RC were top dog at Amfil Technologies; who tasked him with all of those business objectives? Himself??? RFLMAO

And, why wouldn't the completion and filing of FU19 and FU20 Audits, and the selling of franchises be THE #1 priority to complete?????

#2 At first he was not going to accept the position ! but after doing his DD -- finding the problems were solvable .

#3 Q1 and yield sign needs to be my first priority. -- attorney currently working on compliance letter

#4 Transparency and communication with shareholders ( good or bad news )

#5 Waiting on access to web site to up date information , including new CEO info

#7 completion of audits top priority
